Bridge Industrial names Jonathan Pozerycki as partner for the Chicago area

Jonathan Pozerycki

Bridge Industrial (“Bridge”), the privately held, vertically integrated real estate company and investment manager, announced today that it has named Jonathan Pozerycki as a partner in the Chicago area. Effective immediately, Pozerycki will lead and oversee Bridge’s acquisition, leasing, development and construction activities throughout the Chicagoland area.

Pozerycki will relocate from New Jersey to Chicago, where as Vice President of Investments he played a leading role in strengthening and expanding Bridge’s development, acquisition and divestment pipelines throughout the Northeast. He will be phasing out his New Jersey projects over the next four months, moving to the Chicago market in place of Nick Siegel, who was recently promoted to Partner, Acquisitions.

“Chicago is an important market for Bridge, where we are headquartered and proud to be one of the region’s leading commercial real estate companies. While Jon began his career with us in Chicago, he has since grown our New Jersey portfolio from a young regional expansion company to a dominant East Coast player with a world-class portfolio,” said Steve Groetsema, Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Bridge Industrial. “Jon’s unmatched skills and knowledge of both our business and the Chicago market made him the ideal choice for this position.”

After joining Bridge’s Chicago office as an analyst in 2015, Pozerycki finally transitioned to the New Jersey market in 2017, where he served as vice president and associate market officer. During his time at Bridge, Pozerycki has been involved in and assisted in the development and acquisition of transactions totaling more than 15.4 million square feet in New Jersey and the Northeast valued at over $3.3 billion.

“Chicago is where I began my real estate career and it is a true privilege to bring back my years of experience to lead Bridge’s Chicago operations,” said Pozerycki. “As Bridge expands its focus to include value-added activities in addition to ground-up development, I look forward to reconnecting with the Chicago brokerage network and continuing Bridge’s legacy of meeting the skyrocketing demand for state-of-the-art industrial warehouses across Chicagoland. ”

Prior to Bridge, Pozerycki was an analyst for the development and investment departments at CenterPoint Properties in Chicago. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and a Business Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. He is also an active member of NAIOP.
